About Lila Victoria

 Meet Lila Victoria — also known as Lala and Luna Girl when she’s in cosplay. At just 9 years old, Lila is turning her love for cosplay, kawaii, decora fashion, and therian style into something magical: her very own shop.

This site was inspired by her vibrant personality and passions, created to share her world with others, generate income for her everyday adventures, and give her hands-on experience in business management. It’s also designed as a safe, fun space for girls and kids to explore creativity, style, and self-expression.

These collections are made to spark imagination and bring joy to kids (and kids at heart) everywhere.

Lila Victoria is proud to be a home-based small business in Virginia Beach. You can catch us at local vending events across the Hampton Roads area, and our products are also featured at the Painted Tree boutique in Virginia Beach. 

Behind the scenes, operations are managed by her mother, with ongoing support from family, friends, and loved ones who cheer Lila on in her journey. Together, they’re showing that dreams have no age limit and that creativity can grow into something truly special.
