 Welcome to LilaVictoria.com, a Virginia Beach home-based small business offering kawaii fashion, cosplay accessories, kids craft kits, plush backpacks, coloring sheets, and creative products. Founded by 9-year-old Lila Victoria (also known as Lala and Luna Girl) with the guidance of her mother, our shop was inspired by her love for cosplay, kawaii, decora, and therian styles. In addition to our online boutique, you can find our products at local vending events throughout the Hampton Roads area and at the Painted Tree boutique in Virginia Beach, VA. 

By using this website, you agree that all purchases must be made by individuals 18 or older, or by parents/guardians purchasing for children. All products are subject to availability, and while we strive to provide accurate descriptions, colors and designs may vary slightly. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice, with payments securely processed through approved providers before orders are fulfilled. Shipping is available to the address provided at checkout, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses, though local pickup and event-based purchases may be available. 

As a small family-operated boutique, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective, in which case refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing admin@lilavictoria.com; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. 

All artwork, designs, drawings, coloring sheets, and craft sets featured on this site are the intellectual property of Lila Victoria and may not be reproduced or resold without consent. Products purchased at Hampton Roads vending events or at Painted Tree Virginia Beach are subject to the same terms. 

LilaVictoria.com is not liable for incidental or consequential damages from product use, and all items are intended for personal use only by kids, teens, and adults who enjoy kawaii fashion, cosplay, and crafts. 

We respect your privacy, and personal information collected during checkout is used only for processing orders, communication, and shipping; customer data is never sold or shared with third parties.
